Zaher Hallab is a member of the Hallab family of Tripoli and serves as a board member and production director of Abdul Rahman Hallab & Sons 1881 (Hallab 1881), one of Lebanon's most storied oriental-sweets houses, operating since 1881. He holds an MBA from the University of Balamand and has extensive experience in food production. He has spoken at the Tripoli Startup Forum.
