How do I order a product?+
Open a store or product, add it to the cart, tap "Order", fill in your address and phone, and confirm. The order reaches the merchant instantly and you can track it under "My orders". Payment is cash on delivery.
How do I open my store?+
Tap "Open your store", pick your business type, fill in your store name and details, and add products. Your store is ready in minutes with a short link and QR code to share.
What is the commission?+
Zero commission on sales, on every plan — the customer, their number, and the profit are all yours. Paid plans buy management screens (point of sale, reports, inventory and the rest); the pricing page lists what each one adds and what it costs.
Is the store I'm buying from checked?+
Every store is reviewed by us before it appears on Matjar, whatever plan it is on. The "verified" badge is a separate, stricter check of a business's documents — it has not been awarded to anyone yet, so no store on Matjar carries it today.
What is Sunday Market?+
A classifieds section where any user can post listings — buy and sell easily. You can save a search and get notified the moment a matching listing appears.
How do I get notifications?+
From your account page tap "Enable notifications" and allow your browser. You'll get order updates, the daily deal, and saved-search matches — even when the site is closed.
Payment methods?+
Currently cash on delivery, with the option to contact and order directly via WhatsApp with the merchant.
Is Matjar free to use?+
Yes — browsing and buying are completely free. Opening a store is free too: without a subscription you can list 3 products and still take orders and bookings, with no commission on your sales. A paid plan raises the product limit and adds the management screens.
