About
Tamim Khalfa is an entrepreneur who co-founded the Lebanese delivery app Toters in 2017 and serves as its CEO. He met his co-founder Nael Halwani while both worked at the consulting firm Oliver Wyman, and together they built a platform connecting users with restaurants, grocery stores and retailers for on-demand delivery. He steered the company through a series of crises — Lebanon's financial collapse, the COVID-19 pandemic and the Beirut port explosion — while expanding operations into Iraq.
