Rana Kotaiche Najjar is a Lebanese entrepreneur who co-founded Blessing in Beirut in 1996 with her sister Rima, and serves as its co-founder and chairman. Blessing offers customizable gifts, chocolates and invitations, and has expanded across the Middle East with branches in several Gulf markets. She holds a bachelor's degree in economics from the American University of Beirut and was selected into the Endeavor entrepreneur network.
