About
Joumana Saddi Chaya is a Lebanese business leader who in 2025 was elected president of the RDCL (Lebanese business leaders association), becoming the first woman to head the organization since its founding in 1986. She is a co-founder and managing partner of PSLab, which she co-founded in 2004; the company designs and manufactures architectural lighting for projects worldwide, with its headquarters and manufacturing in Lebanon and a presence in several European cities, New York and Dubai.
