Fattal Group
Caroline Fattal is a Lebanese businesswoman who has served as chairwoman of the Fattal Group since 2022, the first woman to chair the board of the group, which was founded in 1897. She joined the group in 2001 and later became its chief operating officer; the group distributes multinational brands across FMCG, healthcare, beauty and appliances in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. She is also an angel investor and founder of the NGO Stand for Women, and has repeatedly been named by Forbes Middle East among the most powerful Arab businesswomen.
